This week we have been making some finger pointers to go around Southampton. We had 91 signs that needed making, but each one had a different piece of information on each so we used a vinyl application tactic to produce the lettering on the signs, because these signs are for external use we also added a UV protection film to the printed parts to make sure they will keep the colours bright printed and won’t get damaged by weathering.
Steve then used some backing paper to apply the vinyl to each finger board making sure they were in perfect position and then removed the backing paper to reveal the final product! We’ll get down to Southampton when they are all up and get some photos as we will be doing a few hundred in the next few weeks!
